<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it takes a long time to obtain a favorable solution for creating the operation program of a generator, though there is provided a method by which the operation program of the generator is created based on an estimated demand and the operational limit of the operation program. <P>SOLUTION: A high-speed computation is made possible using a genetic algorithm by integrating specific units similar to each other and reducing initial value dependency, and an optimum program is created by interchanging starting times relative to the same scheduled units integrated in a surplus time of the operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
