<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin solar cell having a light confining structure realizing high light use efficiency while a conventional problem that an electric characteristic of an element drops due to a rugged structure of a semiconductor junction part is solved. <P>SOLUTION: In the thin solar cell, a translucent wafer 11, a first transparent conductive film 12, a semiconductor multilayer film 13 having at least one semiconductor junction part, a second transparent conductive film 14 and a metal film 15a are sequentially laminated. The largest height Rmax of ruggedness on an interface between the first transparent conductive film 12 and the semiconductor multilayer film 13 becomes smaller than the largest height Rmax of that between the second transparent conductive film 14 and the metal film 15a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
