摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill evaluation method for constructing database by appropriately evaluating the intuition of a high and subtle skill, so called, an experienced skill and selecting the highly advanced and experienced skill useful for succession to a successor and teaching to a robot. <P>SOLUTION: The action of a worker working under some working environment is measured (S3), and stored as reference data (S7). Then, the working environment is changed without any notice to the worker (S2'), the action of the worker is measured (S3') to produce change data. The reference data, the change data or its changes, the working environment or its changes are linked together and stored in a storage medium (S8).
