PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the management work efficiency of a network manager. SOLUTION: An extraction controller for extracting unauthorized candidate access log data from access log data to control the extracted access log data is provided with an access log data acquiring part 11a for periodically acquiring the access log data from a proxy server 20, an unauthorized candidate access data extraction part 11b for extracting an unauthorized candidate access data from the acquired access log data on the basis of an extraction condition, a count processing part 11c for counting the number of data extraction times as unauthorized candidate access data, an unauthorized candidate access data display part 11d for externally displaying data, the number of extraction times of which is equal to or more than the fixed number of extraction times, and a non-unauthorized access data storage processing part 11e for storing non- unauthorized access log data found by the network manager in a non- unauthorized access data storage part 15.
