PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliability capacitor module, by solving the problem that when mounting a plurality of capacitors on a wiring board, it is distorted and deformed by their weights and its attaching holes and its body are cracked by vibrations. SOLUTION: The configuration of the capacitor module comprises a step for embedding the bottom portions of metal cases 2c of capacitors 2 in recessed portions 1a provided in an attachment plate 1, and a step for electrically lead wires 2a, 2b led out from the top-surface side of the capacitors 2 connecting by a wiring board 3 in this state. Thereby, since the plurality of capacitors 2 are fastened mechanically to each other by the attachment plate 1, no weight load what so ever caused by the capacitors 2 is applied to the wiring board 3 so as to eliminate the problem wherein the wiring board 3 is distorted and deformed, or its body is cracked due to vibrations.
