PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide constitution by which a disk tray is not separated from a device main body even when unexpected external force is applied to the disk tray. SOLUTION: A guide receiver 21 of which a vertical section is formed in an inverse concave state is formed at the under surface of both sides of a disk tray 12, a guide means 22 of a vertical section convex state arranged in the inverse concave part of the guide receiver is formed at a disk tray storing base, further, a guide deviation preventing means 23 controlling movement of left and right directions of the guide receiver is formed at the disk tray storing base, thereby, disengagement of the disk tray 12 from the device main body can be prevented.
