<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overcurrent detecting circuit which stabilizes overcurrent detecting operation independently of a change in environmental temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A current signal I1 input from a voltage current conversion transistor Tr23 is subjected to current to voltage conversion in a current voltage conversion resistor R28, and the conversion voltage VR28 is output to an inverting input terminal (-) of a comparator IC1. A reference voltage Vref input in a non-inverting input terminal (+) of the comparator IC1 is compared with a conversion voltage VR28 input in the inverting input terminal (-).
