<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of high-voltage pulses to compensating output voltages for the improvement of the reliability of voltage compensation when the compensating voltages are changed over, by changing over outputs of a plurality of voltage compensating circuits PN simultaneously, in a voltage fluctuation-compensating device that connects a plurality of the voltage compensating circuits each provided with a capacitor of a different voltage in series to a power system, to compensate voltage fluctuation on the momentary interruption of a system voltage. <P>SOLUTION: When the compensating voltages are changed over by operating both a voltage compensating circuit PN that changes over an output from ON to OFF and another voltage compensating circuit PN that changes over from OFF to ON, the turning-off voltage compensating circuit PN is changed over before the turning-on circuit PN is changed over by setting a prescribed delay time Δt1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
