LIGHT SOURCE UNIT AND FLOOD LIGHT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light source unit for use with a flood light where a calorific value is low and electric lamps are prevented from blowing.

SOLUTION: This unit comprises an installation curved surface body 3 comprising an installation surface 6 having a curvature at least in one direction, and a plurality of LEDs 4 disposed on the installation surface 6 so as to orient in the direction substantially uniformly illuminating a prescribed lighting range. Using the LEDs 4 as light sources enables the calorific value to be low and the electric lamps to be prevented from blowing in the light source unit 2.
