MOBILE TERMINAL AND COMMUNICATION APPARATUS SYSTEM EMPLOYING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal for automatically rejecting the arrival of a call at a particular own position and a particular time and the arrival of a call from a particular caller so as to save expense in time and effort to apply/interrupt power. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal is provided with: an antenna 6 for receiving a radio wave from a base station; an incoming call notice section 50 for informing a user about the arrival of the radio wave; a control circuit 3 placed between the antenna 6 and the incoming call notice section 50 to activate the incoming call notice section 50; and a memory 4. The memory 4 can store an incoming call reject condition or an incoming call notice condition via the control circuit 3. The control circuit 3 is provided with a comparison means for detecting whether or not a current date and time, the own position information, caller information obtained from an incoming call request signal received by the antenna 6 or their combination is in matching with the incoming reject condition or the incoming notice condition stored in the memory 4, and the control circuit 3 has a function of selecting the prescribed incoming reject means or incoming notice means when they are in matching with each other.
