摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment mechanism for an optical acoustoelectric signal transducer with a simple adjustment mechanism, a few adjustment processes and suitable for mass-productivity. SOLUTION: In the optical acoustoelectric signal transducer wherein a light emitted from a light source is reflected in a reflecting face of a diaphragm having the reflecting face tilted with respect to a flat part surrounding the diaphragm and made incident onto a light receiving element 5 to transduce the sound received by the diaphragm into an electric signal, a 2-division light receiving element is adopted for the light receiving element 5, and by comparing outputs of the respective split light emitting elements A, B, a relative position between the light source and the light receiving element is set with respect to the diaphragm.
