PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal apparatus which can easily set a cap to close a connector chamber and can surely hole the cap to prevent removal thereof after it is set. SOLUTION: The portable terminal apparatus comprises, at its housing 3, the connector chamber 33 including a connector CT and an opening 33A and the cap 34 formed of an elastic material to freely open and close this aperture 33A. The cap 34 has a cover portion 341 to close the aperture 33A, a hook portion 342 to be inserted for fitting in the housing side 3, and a thin portion 343 which may be easily folded to couple these cover and hook portions. Moreover, the hook portion 342 includes a fitting portion 342A having almost the spherical plane in the direction inserted to the housing side 3 and the opposite plane almost in the erected shape.
