After recruiting the personnel as the employee of the temporary employment company, he or she is employed as a dispatched employee to the customer company. After the lapse of a prescribed period after starting dispatch, the customer company is made to evaluate the dispatched personnel and the dispatched personnel is made to evaluate the customer company.
