<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier perspective system and its peripheral technique by which mutual demands among a customer company, personnel, and a temporary employment company are met. <P>SOLUTION: The customer company, etc., under dispatching contact with the temporary employment company selects personnel who becomes the candidate of a regular employee of the customer company on the basis of the recruiting reference of the customer company. After recruiting the personnel as the employee of the temporary employment company, he or she is employed as a dispatched employee to the customer company. After the lapse of a prescribed period after starting dispatch, the customer company is made to evaluate the dispatched personnel and the dispatched personnel is made to evaluate the customer company.
