MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR APPARATUS IN USE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management system for an apparatus in use that easily changes an operation time zone in which an apparatus in use is operated based on an hourly lamp contract with a power company.

SOLUTION: The management system is provided with the apparatus 2 in use that is operated based on the hourly lamp contract with the power company and a management computer 1 of a facility management company that is communicable with the apparatus 2 in use via a communication circuit 3. When the hourly lamp contract is changed, the apparatus 2 in use that has received change data from the management computer 1 is operation-controlled by a microcomputer 4 as a control means based on the changed hourly lamp contract.
