PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current collecting/distributing ring of rotary electric machine in which manufacture yield can be enhanced while reducing the cost. SOLUTION: The current collecting/distributing ring 20 collects/distributes current between the stator coil and an external unit. The current collecting/ distributing ring 20 comprises a plurality of ring bodies 21 corresponding to respective phases of the coil. Each ring body 21 is formed annularly by bending a conductive stripe member 25 in the widthwise direction and comprises external connection terminals 22 abutted against the opposite end parts of the ring body 21 and integrated therewith, and a coil connection terminal 23 formed by punching the ring body 21.
