PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a public relations system for informing a user about service contents of a moving service provider. SOLUTION: The public relations system of this invention is characterized in that it includes: a mobile terminal haying a terminal information storage section, a first antenna, and a first communication control section for transmitting terminal information when receiving a reply signal; a base station having a base station information storage section, a second antenna, a second communication control section for transmitting a reply signal when receiving a reply request signal and receiving terminal information, and a third communication control section for transmitting the terminal information and the base station information to a communication line; a service information server having a service information storage section, a user information storage section, and a fourth communication control section for receiving the terminal information and the base station information and transmitting service information to a user; and user terminals each having a fifth communication control section for receiving the service information and a service information providing section for providing the service information.
