PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile wireless communication terminal for decreasing a frequency of detection operations with respect to an approaching information communication apparatus so as to reduce wasteful access processing. SOLUTION: The mobile wireless communication terminal is provided with: an own position information acquisition section for acquiring geographical information of a present position; a first wireless access section capable of making wireless access to at least one information communication apparatus or more providing or relaying an information service; an information acquisition section for acquiring identification information of the information communication apparatus and its position information; a storage section for storing the acquired information as management information in cross-reference with each other; and an access opposite party selection section for selecting the information communication apparatus close to the current position on the basis of the information included in the management information, and the wireless access section accesses the information communication apparatus selected by the access opposite party selection section.
