PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a printing situation of different paper sheets in a band- winding form according to the lateral length thereof to be visible on a display part of a instruction device, and to allow an operator to appropriately change a print position for a sealing band to an arbitrary one. SOLUTION: Although the length of a paper band used in sealing bills of a specific kinds and the positions of the front surface, the back surface and the side surfaces thereof are different depending on the lateral length of the bills, when the lateral length and the average length of the side surfaces in bundling them are known, the relationship between the print position and the position of the band used for the bundle can be obtained. Thereby, the operator is allowed to view the printed form in advance by using the relationship to display the state of print in the bundled form on the display part of the instruction device.
