<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window panel for inspection provided to a front door of a field distribution panel which is easily applied with an anti-condensation means even after installed on the field. <P>SOLUTION: An air-tight elastic body 29 used for injecting or exhausting a gas from the space between duplex inspection window panels 23a and 23b is fitted with a part of them at a front door 20 of one distribution panel.
