PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance reliability in a home security service. SOLUTION: When both switch units 301a and 301b are closed in a magnet sensor system laid in an abnormal state in unlocking where a crescent lock 402 is illicitly unlocked by that an intruder sets a magnet 701 adjacently to a magnet sensor 301 from the outside of a window 401 during guarding and breaks the glass of the window 401, the magnet sensor 301 recognizes an unlocking. The magnet sensor 301 detects the unlocking as illicit unlocking because it is under guarding, and transmits the occurrence of the illicit unlocking to a central control unit by radio. The central control unit which receives it by radio from the magnet sensor 301 raises an alarm sound from a buzzer and transmits an alarm to the base station of a security agent.
