PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle mount information communication system and a vehicle mount information communication apparatus for more sophisticated services by utilizing a mobile communication terminal brought into a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicle mount information communication system is provided with: a server 5 installed outside the vehicle 1; and an on-vehicle apparatus 2 installed inside the vehicle 1 and making data communication with the server 5, the on-vehicle apparatus 2 includes: an on-vehicle communication terminal 6 making data communication with the server 5; and a carry-in recognition means 23 for detecting a mobile communication terminal 3 capable of data communication with the server 5, and the server 5 (on-vehicle apparatus 2) is respectively provided with a data division means 53 (24) for dividing the data and a data composite means 54 (25) for composing the divided data to restore the original data. Further, the on-vehicle apparatus 2 is provided with a communication terminal list database 26 for the on-vehicle communication terminals 6 and the mobile communication terminals 3 which are available at present.
