PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the throughput and to reduce the consumed resource. SOLUTION: A wireless transmission/reception section 100 transceives a signal via an antenna and performs wireless transmission/reception processing. Further, the wireless transmission/reception section 100 transceives a data signal via an HS-DSCH (High Sped-Shared Control Channel) and transceives a control signal via the HS-SCCH. An inverse spread section 210 applies inverse spread processing to the received signal. A quadrant matching section 220 decides a position of the received signal on an IQ plane. A maximum Doppler frequency detection section 240 detects a maximum Doppler frequency from the received signal whose position on the IQ plane is decided. A timing revision section 330 revises a transmission timing of the transmitted data signal and the control signal corresponding to the transmitted data signal depending on the maximum Doppler frequency detected by the maximum Doppler frequency detection section 240.
