PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce radiation noise being generated to transmit a signal through an inter-plate cable by arranging two printed wiring boards each having a ground layer or a ground line close to the ground layer vertically. SOLUTION: The ground line of a master printed wiring board is connected with the ground line of a slave printed wiring board using metal spacers and metal screws. The ground line of the slave printed wiring board or the ground line of the master printed wiring board is separated by making a slit in the vicinity of a joint to the metal spacer and the separated ground lines are connected through a chip resistor.
