摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a deterioration in light emitting brightness when light is continuously emitted in high temperatures and high humidities from an electroluminescent element using fluorescent material which is comformational coating by aluminum nitride for its light emitting element. SOLUTION: In the transparent conductive film of the electroluminescent light emitting element using the fluorescent material which is comformational coating by aluminum nitride in its light emitting layer, the transparent conductive film is provided with a transparent conductive layer (B) mainly consisting of Indium atomic element, tin atomic element and oxygen atomic element formed by sputtering method under the condition that a specified amount of oxygen gas and hydrogen gas are added to sputtering gas is used on one of the main surfaces of a transparent macro molecule film (A). The transparent conductive film (B) in which a resistance variation ratio is within 5% when the transparent conductive layer surface area of≤60% and≤70% is submerged by 28 weight% ammonia water for 5 hours.
