PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify an individual by using fingerprint information and improve safety when authenticating propriety of a particular individual in a fingerprint sampling device. SOLUTION: The fingerprint sampling device 7 samples fingerprint information, and it is characterized by that it is provided with a fingerprint reading part 8 reading pieces of fingerprint information of a plurality of fingers. It is characterized by that the fingerprint reading part reads relative positions between fingerprints of the plurality of fingers of the right hand or left hand. It is characterized by that the fingerprint reading part 8 comprises a plurality of fingerprint reading pads 8a, 8b and 8c, and each fingerprint reading pad 8a, 8b and 8c reads fingerprint information of one finger.
