PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently collect information satisfying a user's request, to enable a plurality of users to effectively use the collection result, and to support work for continuously coordinating and maintaining useful information. SOLUTION: An information collection system includes a means 1 for managing a plurality of communities respectively having a plurality of users as a member, and a means 3 enabling the members of each community to transmit and receive a message. The result of information collection is shared with the plurality of members of the plurality of communities, and according to the message transmitted and received between the members, a collection request and a collection result are updated.
