PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To classify document data to enable a person in charge of a maker to take customer's response and obtain a guideline in developing a product satisfying the customer. SOLUTION: An inquiry data classifying part 100 of an inquiry analyzer 10 classifies the inquiry data stored in an inquiry database 24a by contents. An emotion determination part 104 determines customer's emotion reflected in an inquiry sentence of each inquiry data, and a data totalizing part 106 sub-divides the inquiry data classified by contents by emotions.
