PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the user burden of a transmitting side in management of e-mail having one and the same theme. SOLUTION: An e-mail device 1 has registered a title to be attached to the e-mail having the same theme as a special title. In preparing e-mail about the theme, the e-mail device 1 refers to the number of transmitting times of the e-mail of the same theme stored in a storage device 1e and time information of a timer, creates a special title obtained by attaching these information to the registered title and attaches the special title to e-mail to be transmitted. The e-mail attached with the special title is transmitted to a destination through communication equipment 1f and a communication network, and the transmitted e-mail is stored in a prescribed management folder.
