PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a desired analysis performable by operating only from an analysis system even when executing an analysis which is not supported by the analysis system by using a commercial application. SOLUTION: The analysis system comprises an output range specifying means for specifying an analysis data and an output range of the analysis data, a command latch means for latching a command to control software except for the analysis system, and an output means for outputting the specified analysis data in a format which can be understood by the software except for the analysis system and outputting the latched command.
