PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a method for information processing, which can raise the dependency of each of a plurality of applications and improve the stability of the whole apparatus, and a storage medium and a programs therefor. SOLUTION: An EventManager 103 manages event information on events of a plurality of applications 104a to 104c for each application, and registers applications of management target.
