摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for analyzing the effect of a sales measure by which the embodiment of the sales measure and its effect suited to the actual state of business are analyzed. <P>SOLUTION: The method and system is provided with: a stage for decomposing sales history data obtained by recording the sales of commodity in time- series into trend data having a fixed tendency, season variation data expressing periodical variation and irregular variation data expressing irregular variation; a stage for superposing the trend data and sales measure time data having a time of having performed the sales measure recorded thereon to decide a fit function fitted to the trend data between the first sales time and the next; and a stage for retaining the fit function as the effect data of the sales performed at the first sales time, removing the first sales time from the sales measure time data to retain it as new sales time data and retaining data obtained by extracting the component of the fit function from the trend data as new trend data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
