<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heat a work, even the work is thin, such as a gear having an irregular peripheral surface formed as gear teeth, by heating the area along the gear teeth and the inside of the range. <P>SOLUTION: Peripheral, upper, and bottom surfaces of the gear having the teeth on the peripheral surface are heated simultaneously by providing first heating conductors 110A and 110B facing the peripheral surface, second heating conductors 120A and 120B facing the upper surface, third heating conductors 130A and 130B facing the bottom surface, a connecting conductor 140 facing the bottom surface and connecting the third heating conductors 130A and 130B, and feeding conductors 150A and 150B connected to the first heating conductors 110A and 110B, wherein the second heating conductors 120A and 120B have upper irregularity heating portions 121A and 121B facing the upper surface of the gear teeth and upper inside heating portions 122A and 122B facing the inside relative to the upper irregularity heating portions 121A and 121B, and the third heating conductors 130A and 130B have bottom irregularity heating portions 131A and 131B facing the bottom surface of the gear teeth and bottom inside heating portions 132A and 132B facing the inside relatively to the bottom irregularity heating portions 131A and 131B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
