PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a submerging deciding label for a portable telephone terminal improved so as not to be discolored with moisture but to be surely discolored with water droplet in order to raise an accuracy of submerging decision. SOLUTION: The submerging deciding label 17 for the portable telephone terminal comprises a plastic base 14, and a red pattern 12 printed with aqueous ink on the surface of the base 14. Since the base 14 is formed of plastic like a PET, the red pattern 12 is not entirely stained with the moisture. Meanwhile, when submerged, the pattern is early discolored as compared with paper.
