摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of preventing final-stage field effect transistors FET constituted by upper and lower stages from being simultaneously turned on in a class D amplifier. SOLUTION: In the D-class amplifier 200, mute transistors Tr13 and Tr14 are connected to respective gate electrodes of field effect transistors FET1 and FET2, differentiation circuits B1 and B2 are connected to respective base electrodes thereof, so that, when the transistor FET1 is turned on, the operation of the mute transistor Tr14 and differentiation circuit B2 causes accommodation of a voltage change at the gate electrode of the transistor FET2. Further, when the transistor FET2 is turned on, the operation of the mute transistor Tr13 and differentiation circuit B1 causes accommodation of a voltage change at the gate electrode of the transistor FET1.
