PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an air cooled casing structure wherein efficiency is prevented from being lowered owing to a turbulent flow caused by collision by controlling the direction of fresh air coming together into a central chamber. SOLUTION: In an air cooled casing structure wherein a central chamber and first and second containing chambers are formed in a box shaped casing putting the central chamber therebetween, and fresh air is sucked from first and second side wall hollow window sections formed in the wall of the casing and is discharged from the central chamber for cooling any instrument in the first and second containing chambers, there is provided a guide member for guiding the fresh air sucked through the first and second side wall hollow window sections in the direction of the bottom of the central chamber.
