PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve security in a perfect fact-to-face payment. SOLUTION: This drawer device comprises a front first housing part 22 having a first opening opened in the front and a second housing part 21 having a second part opened upward, which are vertically laminated, and a protector 36 selectively positioned in a position for opening the first opening to be visually confirmable from only the front and a position for closing it, and the opening and closing operation of the protector 36 is interlocked to the opening and closing operation of the second opening. Accordingly, the setting space of the drawer device 14 can be contracted to improve the operability in the perfect face-to-face payment. Further, by adapting the perfect face-to-face system, the security in opening the drawer device 14 can be enhanced even if a customer is close to the drawer device 14. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
