The panel consists of a central section (3) in a surrounding frame (1) with a channel (G) shaped to receive part of an inflatable tubular membrane (2). The membrane is held in the channel by a projection (S) on either side of its inlet, and is equipped with a valve (5) for inflating it. The surrounding frame has a slot (M) to receive a joint covering strip and seal (4).
