<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting system in which a suction nozzle can be fixed/ removed efficiently to/from a head through a simple arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting system comprises a base, a board moving table moving to the left/right direction while holding a board in substantially horizontal attitude, a component feeding section disposed contiguously to the board moving table in the longitudinal direction, and a head unit for picking up a component from the component feeding section by moving in the longitudinal direction and mounting it on the board. The board moving table has a replacing nozzle containing section which moves to the left/right as the board moving table moves to the left/right and faces the vertically underside of the head unit as the it moves in the longitudinal direction. Under this positional relation, the head unit can fix a replacing nozzle contained in the replacing nozzle containing section smoothly (or can remove a nozzle fixed to the head unit and place it in the replacing nozzle containing section). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
