<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensibly and systematically arrange various information created by the human thinking activity, and to more speedily systematize the information. <P>SOLUTION: A hexagonal theme region 0 for inputting a subject or a theme to be considered is set, and hexagonally formed first layer element regions 1-6 for inputting elements recollected in connection with the theme inputted to the theme region 0 are disposed adjacent to the periphery of the theme region 0 to make a first layer. In addition, hexagonal sub theme regions for inputting sub themes are set with the elements recollected in connection with the elements inputted to the first layer element regions 1-6 as the new sub themes, and hexagonally formed second layer element regions 3-1, 3-2,...3-6, 5-1, 5-2,...5-6 for writing or inputting the elements recollected in connection with the sub themes inputted to the sub theme regions 3-0, 5-0 are disposed in the periphery of the sub theme regions to make a second layer.
