<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a difficulty in operating at high speed at falling of an output in a source follower circuit. <P>SOLUTION: In a source follower circuit, sources of first and second NMOS transistors Q7 and Q8 are respectively connected to drains of third and fourth NMOS transistors QA and QB, and a constant current source CS2 is connected to both sources of the third and fourth NMOS transistors QA and QB. Both gates of the first NMOS transistor Q7 and the fourth NMOS transistor QB are used as a first input, and both gates of the second NMOS transistor Q8 and the third NMOS transistor QA are used as a second input having a reversed phase to the first input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
