<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable supporting member which can prevent a cable from contacting directly with the bottom of a trough and makes water hard to stay within the trough, and also is simple of work execution. <P>SOLUTION: This is a cable pad 10 which bears a cable 18, being installed at the bottom of the trough 16, and a drain 12 leading in the longitudinal direction of the trough is made at the bottom.
