PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both of a selling agency and a dealer to rationalize selling costs and to enable a customer to effectively select commodities.

SOLUTION: The selling agency of a certain commodity makes a technician having technical knowledge of the commodity and capable of explaining the commodity wait. A salesman 31 of a selling company visits a customer and connects a terminal 32 carried by the salesman 31 himself or the terminal 32 prepared by the customer to a server 12 of the selling agency through the Internet. Pictures and sounds of the technician's server 12 and the terminal 32 are shared and the technician 11 of the selling agency performs commodity explanation, suggestions and demonstrations to the customer from a remote place. The selling company collects a charge from the selling agency in each demonstration from the remote place.
