PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal for preventing an illegal user from illegal using the mobile terminal and to provide an access authentication system for the mobile terminal and an access authentication method for the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: When the mobile terminal 11 transmits an authentication request to the system, the system confirms whether or not an access reject reason is registered at a network side, when registered, the system transmits access reject information to the mobile terminal 11, and an authentication information recording section 4 of the mobile terminal records the information. When power is applied to the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal discriminates whether or not the authentication information recording section 4 records the access reject information. When the authentication information recording section 4 records the access reject information, an access reject notice section 5 displays or informs of the access reject information, and the line connection is rejected. When the access reject reason is deleted in the network, the access reject information recorded in the authentication information recording section 4 of the mobile terminal is also deleted.
