PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which reduces an EMI noise generated by an oscillator. SOLUTION: An oscillating portion 110 constituted of a feedback inverter INV1 and a feedback resistance R2, and transistor elements P3 and N3 of a Schmidt circuit S1 make an oscillation stabilization signal A1 and signals Gp3 and Gn3 generated by each of logic elements AND1, OR1 and INV3 be a waveform shaping portion 120 to make each gate controlling signal through a low path filter constituted of a resistance R1 and a capacity C1, and supply a high electric potential power source VDD as a high electric potential power source VDDX.
