PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contactless switching device which will not cause spark discharge and fusion of contacts. SOLUTION: The contactless switching device is provided with a shield case, first and second electrodes disposed in the shield case, and a dielectric plate disposed on the first and second electrodes so as to move freely. The plate has a first capacity forming electrode for forming a capacitive element with the first electrode, a second capacity forming electrode for forming a capacitive element with the second electrode, and an inductance element for connecting between the first and second capacity forming electrodes, on the surface opposite to the surface facing the first and second electrodes. By varying the distance between the plate and the first and second electrodes to bring the first and second electrodes into a conducted state or a cutoff state in the frequency of a transmission signal.
