<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of collecting the charge for secondary use of a digital content. <P>SOLUTION: In a computer system of a content service provider, the contents has data structure that information like the charge for use of a literary work is added to content information, as special information, and a printer driver confirms the special information to discriminate whether the content is an onerous content or a free content when a member prints the content after downloading it. Print information and accounting information of the printed literary work are stored, and information of the charge for secondary use of the literary work is automatically transmitted to the computer system of the service provider.
