<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct accurate route search reflecting the actual state. <P>SOLUTION: A search condition inputting means 110 inputs search conditions including the starting place and destination, and, if necessary, items to be given priority during search, such as cost. A result data acquiring means 120 extracts the necessary information from movement result data (D11, D21 and D31) registered in a database possessed by a predetermined distributor. The movement result data are information on the distance, time required, necessary cost and the like at the time of actual movement through a route from the starting place to the destination. A route searching means 140 searches an optimum route suitable for the searching conditions from the extracted movement result data.
