PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication processing device improved in economy and convenience. SOLUTION: The communication processing device is provided with a plurality of function processing means in which each internal circuit is composed of a programmable device for performing prescribed communication processing with respect to a received packet, a circuit information storage means for storing circuit information to be written in the programmable device in the function processing means, and a circuit information writing means for reading the circuit information stored in the circuit information storage means and dynamically writing the information into the programmable device of the function processing means, and the function processing means performs communication processing based upon the circuit information written in the programmable device by the circuit information writing means.
