PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cradle capable of easily and quickly transmitting digital data recorded on a digital information apparatus without the need for adding a communication function to the digital information apparatus itself. SOLUTION: The cradle 1 related to this invention is provided with: a digital camera I/F section (digital camera interface section) 3 to mount a digital camera 2, a communication card I/F 5 to which a communication card apparatus (communication apparatus) 4 is connected; an AC connector 7 to which an AC adaptor cable 6 is connected; an operation section 8 for making various settings and operations to the cradle 1; and a monitor 9 for displaying required information.
