<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a market having intra-enterprise idle articles circulated therein to construct new electronic marketing which allows for operation of the market, effective recycling of information apparatus, and scrapping of information apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A commodity trading market is constructed on a server, and a purchaser-side device and a seller-side device are connected through a network to perform electronic commerce. In the electronic commerce at least a desired selling price, scrapping or non-scrapping in the case of an unsuccessful transaction, a desired price for scrapping of an idle article which a seller has are designated and are registered in a normal trading market 36. In the normal trading market 36 contract processing of trading the idle article is executed when there is a bid meeting the desired selling price, and the idle article is registered in a scrapping market 40 on the basis of designation of scrapping in the case of an unsuccessful transaction when there is not any bid meeting the desired selling price or there are no bids.
